Me Time

  
Create My Days Lifestyle 
“Empowering Women Create Their Days”
As a Mom you take care of everyone else and you become the one who is put on hold for various reasons ,not enough time, monetary reasons or personal  reasons etc. 
Today’s Topic  MeTime (Mind, Body and Spirit)
Your family, Your Friends, Your Spouse will Thank you . Every week schedule at least 3 30 minute Me Times 
If you can’t figure out what to do 
Create a list of things you did as a child, teenager, college student etc.  
For Me I loved Tap Dancing so I’m starting some classes asap (Im on this Journey with you) 

 
Here are a Few ideas to help you get started 
1. Use deal sites such as Livingsocial, Goldstar etc to find things to do (Excercise classes, Yoga, Cooking classes etc.)
2. Read a Book (Battlefeild of the Mind by Joyce Meyer is a great book)
3. Just relax and meditate
