We all have hectic schedules school, business, practices, lessons, tutoring to just resting.   Our lives are filled with days of forgetting what we should have done yesterday and today. 
Creating a Healthy family requires planning on your part with food, yearly medical appointments, exercising, cleaning, shopping and planning the week. 

Food
1. Develop a Menu that includes a takeout day or two (At least for 7 days)
2. Research recipes and ideas on the internet ( Pinterest  is a great place for ideas)
3. Plan a grocery shopping day (Thursdays are good days new sales begin at most grocery markets)
4. Download the store app for discounts and coupons

Yearly medical appointment
Schedule appointment at the same time every year
1. Family Physicals for everyone
2. Dental exams
3. Eye checkups

All of these days should be added to your calendar as well as your spouses, kids, immediate family and help calendars to keep everyone on the same page
